JobsOhio hired Lunne to create a recruitment campaign for Infinity Labs, a technology and defense firm in Dayton, Ohio. Looking to grow their team and their reach in the Dayton region, Infinity Labs hired JobsOhio to help bring new talent to their company and spread awareness of their mission. Infinity Labs prides itself on being a “disruptor” in the industry, and Lunne was excited to present a bold campaign that pushed boundaries and turned heads.

This project began with a discovery session with Infinity Labs to learn more about their mission, the benefits of working for their organization, and their ideal candidate. From this, Lunne developed campaign concepts and a branding guide for their recruitment efforts, conducted a video and photoshoot, developed printed collateral, and finally helped redesign their career landing page on their website. This campaign helped job seekers unlock their limitless potential by taking a leap with a new job at Infinity Labs.
